     电器控制箱采用ZP56设计,核心零部件采用船用型,有效隔离海洋盐碱环境,避免电子部件被腐蚀;成熟、先进的无级调速控制设计,更节能、环保;机电液一体化系统设计,效率更高、响应更快;先进的远程电磁围栏和专用遥控供电通道设计,可有效应对海洋环境和外部入侵电磁干扰。

      1)锚机机旁控制由手动控制比例阀实现起锚、抛锚及手动应急抛锚,手动应急抛锚即扳动液压离合油缸手轮和刹车油缸手轮实现下锚。

       2)锚机远程应急释放抛锚控制。由需方控制离合直流24V电磁阀,蓄能器液压油推动离合油缸分离马蹄爪后,接通刹车直流24V电磁阀,液压刹车油缸松开锚链轮实现快速抛锚,即根据远程遥控电信号实现应急释放快速下锚功能。
